These 316L stainless steel half mortise hinges are designed for supporting heavy duty doors, vaults and gates in medical, commercial, industrial and medical sectors.
These half mortise hinges can support a maximum door weight of 25,000 lbs. with a maximum radial load of 14,000 lbs.
Provided with a heat-treated alloy steel pin with a rust resistant coating, needle and thrust bearings and a dust seal, these hinges assure years of maintenance-free operation.
